摘要
通过室内发芽试验研究了卡那霉素(Kan)对白三叶Trifolium repens种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,结果表明,Kan对白三叶种子发芽势和发芽率没有影响,但对根系和地上部分的生长作用显著。表现为须根受到抑制、主根变短增粗、株高降低、叶片数减少及单株平均生长量减少,出现白化现象,且随着Kan浓度增加,抑制作用增强。由此设定Kan对白三叶无菌苗根系生长的有效浓度为10~20mg/L;时地上部分生长的有效作用浓度为30mg/L,对白化苗的有效浓度为40mg/L。
The effects of Kanamycin on seed germination and seedling growth was investigated in this paper. The results showed that Kanamycin had no effect on seed germination, but significantly affected root system and the aboveground growth. The top root shortened and widened seedling height, leaf number and growth was reduced. Pale seedlings appeared with the increasing Kanamycin concentration. Based on the results, effective Kanamycin concentration for white clover was determined, with 10~20 mg/L for root system, 30 mg/L for aboveground growth, and 40 mg/L for pale seedlings.
