高吸水树脂微胶囊化工艺实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 将微胶囊与高吸水树脂两种高新技术相结合,采用玉米淀粉和丙烯酸为原料,制备出高吸水树脂。并以石蜡为膜材,用熔化分散冷凝法将制备出的高吸水树脂微胶囊化。该工艺制备的微胶囊形状为球形,表面光滑,粒径在300μm以下。讨论了微胶囊的粒径分布、壳核质量比及吸水率等性能指标与喷雾投料比的关系。实验结果表明:投料比为3∶1时,频率曲线峰值最大,峰面积最小,微胶囊化效果最好。 In this paper,the superabsorbent polymer was made from cornstarch and acrylic acid.The microcapsule was prepared with olefin as wall-material and superabsorbent polymer as core-material by melting-dispersion-condensation.The shape of the microcapsule is sphericity with lubricity surface,and its diameter is less than 300μm.This paper discusses the distribution of particle size,the scale of wall and core,water absorption and so on.The result indicated that the peak value of frequency curve is maximal,peak area is minimum and the microencapsulation is best when the ratio of mixture is 3∶1.
