摘要 为解决集团企业统一采购过程中的协调决策问题,提出了一种基于二层规划的决策模型。模型以实现集团整体效益最大化为目标,协调解决产品事业部净收益最大化和内部供应商效益最优的问题;给出了以产品事业部为上层、内部供应商为下层,两者共享集团生产资源的二层规划模型;通过将模型定义的下层规划问题转化为对偶问题,并利用第K最好算法求解模型的最优解;最后,通过某集团统一采购问题决策实例,证明了模型的实用价值及其有效性。 To improve the cooperation decision-making across group enterprise uniform purchase, a decision-making model based on bilevel programming was proposed. To realize the holistic benefit of group and solve the cooperation between maximize profit of product department and benefit optimization of inner-supplier, a bilevel programming model was established, where the upper level was product department and the lower level was inner-supplier,and the group production resources were shared among them. To get an optimal solution, the lower level programming problem was translated into dual problem and the "k-th best" algorithm was used. Finally, the result of a given instance about a group's uniform purchase has demonstrated the practical value and validity of the model.
