摘要 血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1型阻滞剂(ARBs)对心、脑、肾等靶器官的降压外保护作用已为越来越多的基础研究和临床试验所支持并因此得到广泛的应用。现就肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相互关系及作为RAS阻滞剂的ARBs的代谢效应在改善IR相关疾病中的作用及可能机制作一系统的复习。 The protective effects of angiotenson Ⅱ subtype 1 receptor blockers ( ARBs) on their end-organs, such as the heart, brain and kidney, have been demonstrated by many basic experiments and clinical trials. These effects appeared to be potentially independent of their effect of lowering blood pressure. Application of ARBs has become widespread. This article describes the relationship between the renin-angiotcnsin system and insulin resistance and the application of the metabolic effects of ARBs in order to improve insulin resistance in concerned diseases.
