肝细胞生长因子在心力衰竭中的研究进展

摘要 肝细胞生长因子具有潜在的多种生物学活性,包括致有丝分裂作用、形态形成作用、造血作用、心肌肥大、血管生成、抗凋亡、抗纤维化及组织再生作用。这将对心力衰竭产生保护作用。现就其在心力衰竭中作用及其机制进行探讨。 Hepatocyte growth factor ( HGF ) has multipotent activities ,including motogenesis, morphogenesis, hematopoiesis, myocardial hypertrophy,anti-apoptosis,angiogenesis,antifibrosis,and tissue regeneration , which results in the cardioprotective effects in heart failure. This review will be focused on the role and the mechanism of HGF in heart failure.
