摘要
运用有限元分析软件COSMOSWorks对碟式分离机的关键部件——转鼓体进行了分析,建立了等效力学模型与优化模型,进行了静力分析与优化设计。此方法对转鼓体全部采用三维立体单元进行网格划分,因而可以模拟复杂的局部结构和边界条件,提高了设计质量和设计效率。
The analysis of the key part of dish centrifuge is conducted with the finite element analysis software COSMOS/Works, including modeling, static analysis and optimization. All parts of the drum are modeled by 3D elements, which can easily simulate complicated structures and boundary conditions. As a result the design quality and efficiency is increased.
