摘要
针对复杂结构产品的特点,分析了多因素模糊决策评价方法的适用性,采用列表法确定评价因素值,避免了因模糊集函数建立带来的难度。在分析影响复杂结构产品装配序列优劣因素的基础上,提出一种在一定经济成本前提下对装配序列的时间成本进行评价的方法,确定了评价过程的相关参数,建立了详细的评价过程。
By analyzing the characteristic of assembly design of complex structure products, the evaluation method based on fuzzy theory is discussed. To void the difficulty of building fuzzy -set function, the value of evaluation factor is decided by inquiring about the listed table. Some main factors on assembly sequence planning （ASP） are analyzed. A new ASP evaluation method based on economy cost is presented. The evaluating model and parameter are ascertained and evaluating process is expatiated in detail.
