胃大部切除术后胃食管反流病25例诊治分析

STUDY OF 25 CASES WITH GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE AFTER SUBTOTAL GASTRECTOMY

目的探讨诊治胃大部切除术后胃食管反流性疾病的方法。方法对25例胃大部切除术后胃食管反流病患者诊治情况回顾与分析。结果24例患者治疗后临床症状基本消失。1例药物治疗效果不满意且拒绝手术。结论递减法药物治疗疗效满意值得提倡,手术治疗疗效肯定,但应严格控制适应证。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） after subtotal gastrectomy. Methods We had retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of 25 cases with GERD. Results After proper treatment, most symptoms of 24 GERD patients disappeared, except for 1 GERD patient, who was not satisfied with the drug treatment result and refused to perform operation. Conclusion The result of gradual- decreasing drug treatment is satisfactory and should be recommended, However, although the efficacy of surgical operation is confirmed, indications should be strictly controlled.
