脑梗死与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系研究

RELATIONSHIP OF CEREBRAL INFARCTION AND CAROTID ATHEROSCLEROSIS

目的探讨脑梗死与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法回顾性分析116例脑梗死患者临床资料,统计脑梗死、脑梗死复发患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)增厚率、颈动脉斑块患病率,并与对照组进行比较。结果脑梗死及复发患者颈动脉IMT增厚率、颈动脉斑块患病率明显增高。结论颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死的发病密切相关,延缓颈动脉粥样硬化的进展、稳定新鲜粥样斑块,对降低脑梗死的发病率有重要意义。

Objective To explore the relationship between cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis. Methods The clinical data of 116 cerebral infarction patients was analyzed, prevalence rates in cerebral infarction patients and relapse patients, such as carotid intima medial thickening （IMT） and carotid plaque occurrence, were compared with those in controls. Results The prevalence rates of carotid IMT and carotid plaque occurrence in cerebral infarction and relapse patients were significantly increased. Conclusion The carotid atherosclerosis has close relationship with cerebral infarction, To decrease morbidity of cerebral infarction, it is very important to postpone progress of carotid atherosclerosis and stabilize new plaques.
