摘要 本文介绍了固体相干激光雷达系统的发展，详细评述了Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光器，Ｔｍ，Ｈｏ：ＹＡＧ激光器和（Ｃｒ）；Ｔｍ：ＹＡＧ激光器在相干激光雷达系统中的工作原理及应用前景。 This paper presents the development of the solid-state coherent lidar system and reviews in detail the operating principle and potential applications of Nd:YAG laser,Tin,Ho:YAGlaser and (Cr),Tin:YAG laser to the coherent lidar system.
