摘要 本文介绍了固体相干激光雷达系统的发展,详细评述了Nd:YAG激光器,Tm,Ho:YAG激光器和(Cr);Tm:YAG激光器在相干激光雷达系统中的工作原理及应用前景。 This paper presents the development of the solid-state coherent lidar system and reviews in detail the operating principle and potential applications of Nd:YAG laser,Tin,Ho:YAGlaser and (Cr),Tin:YAG laser to the coherent lidar system.
