On the Main Principles of Moral Support of the Party's Ruling Authority

执政党政治权威是指执政党组织系统在管理社会政治、经济、文化等事务过程中统合执政党内部与外部政治资源的威望和能力,是执政党开展政治活动的影响力。正确认识执政党政治权威的支持体系,立足党执政的道德依据,恪守党执政的道德原则———公共性原则、服务民众原则、高度负责任的原则、公正民主效率兼顾的原则,树立党的政治权威,对于我们建设符合时代特点和要求的政党权威,加快推进政治文明建设的步伐,意义特别重大。

The political authority of the ruling Party refers to the ruling Party＇s prestige and capabilities of integrating its internal political resources and the external ones in the management of social politics, economy and culture. It shows the influence of the ruling Party to conduct political activities. We should have a correct understanding of support system of the ruling Party, take a finn footing in moral foundation and adhere to the moral principle, i.e. principle of common nature, principle of serving the public, principle of shouldering the responsibility, and principle of justice, democracy and efficiency. We should also foster the ruling Party＇s political authority. It is of great significance for us to build up the Party＇ s authority which meets with the times＇ features and demand, and enhance to construct the political civilization.
