On the Literary Families in the Han Dynasty

汉代出现了文学家庭,汉代文学家庭的成就代表了汉代文学的成就。汉代文学家庭各有特色,有的是父子相传,有的是夫妻互动,有的是兄弟合作;有的诗歌突出,有的辞赋显著,有的散文辉煌;有的延续百年,有的仅有两人;有的一代胜过一代,有的一代不如一代。帝王和官僚具备从事文学的优越条件,文学家庭都出自帝王和官僚家庭。帝王的鼓励,家庭成员的相互影响,掀起一阵阵文学热潮,造成一个个文学家庭。

The Hart Dynasty saw the emergence of literary families, who marked the best literary achievements in the Hart Dynasty. The literary families in the Han Dynasty had their own characteristics. Some were fatherson groups, husband- wife groups, others were groups among brothers. Some groups were good at poetry, cifu （a style of metrical composition）, others were good at prose. Some literary families lasted over one hundred years, others had only two people. One generation was better than the last one in some groups, while in other groups one generation was inferior to the last one. The emperors and the bureaucrats had advantages in literature creation, from which the literary families were emerged. Both the encouragement of the emperors and the interaction between the family members jointly unfolded the vigorous literature creations and built many a literary family.
