不同中药组方对痴呆大鼠行为学及突触素水平影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察中草药不同合剂对大鼠突触的保护作用。方法Ibotenic acid定位损伤大鼠脑建立AD模型,给与不同药物灌胃,利用水迷宫和跳台观察其行为学改变,利用原住杂交、免疫组化及图像分析测定突触素的表达。结果中草药灌胃组大鼠的学习记忆成绩优于其它组,突触素的表达也明显增高(P<0.01)。结论中草药合剂对突触有保护作用,能改善认知记忆能力。 Objective To explore the effect of herb solution on cholinergie system and synapsin in rat brain. Methods The Ibotenic acid was injected into Wistar rats to establish Alzheimer disease model. The changes of learning and memory, and synapsin in brain were observed after different treatment of in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, etc. Results The ability of learning, memory and expression of synapsin in rats treated with herb medicine solution were significantly improved as compared with other groups of rats ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Herb medicine solution possesses protective effect on central cholinergic system and can improve the ability of learning and memory of rats.
