摘要
目的研究mtr基因调控序列突变与曲拉通耐受的关系。方法采用药敏试验测定曲拉通对淋球菌的MIC值,选择5株MIC大于30μg/ml的菌株进行PCR扩增mtr调控基因部分碱基并进行测序。结果5株菌均发生了A/T单个碱基的缺失。结论mtr调控基因区域中A/T缺失可引起淋球菌对曲扭通等脂溶性物质的耐受。
Objective To study the relationship between triton resistance and mtr controlling gene region mutation. Methods The MIC of triton to Neisseria gonorrhoeae was determined by drug - sensitive test and mtr controlling gene was sequenced by PCR amplification in selected 5 strains with MIC exceeded 30μg/ml. Results Single - base deletion of A/T was observed in all 5 strains. Conclusion The single - base deletion of A/T in the mtr controlling gene of Neisseria gonorrhoeae may trigger the resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to triton.
