摘要
目的了解ECF(重组人皮肤生长因子)溶液治疗皮肤Ⅱ度创伤的效果。方法将皮肤创伤患者107例,随机分为治疗、对照两组,治疗组以EGF治疗,对照组以一般治疗,治疗4周后进行效果评价对比。结果治疗组治愈率为40．74%,总有效率为100%。对照组治愈率为11．32%,总有效率为79．25%。治疗组明显优于对照(P＜0．01)。结论EGF能直接调控皮肤细胞生长,缩短皮肤创伤的愈合时间,具有不留疤痕,无副作用,对美容及减少患者经济负担有着重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the effect of epidermal growth factor solution on Ⅱ°kin injury. Methods A total of 107 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in a single - blind randomized active - controlled trial. Some patients in treatment group were treated with epidermal growth factor, the other patients in control group were treated with traditional method, and effect were compared four weeks after trial. Results The clinical effective rates were 100% in the treatment group, and 79.25% in the control group. The treatment group was outweigh than the control group. Conclusion epidermal growth factor can control the growth of epidermal cells directly, shorten the healing time. In addition, it is economic, without scar and adverse effects.
