高职两年制模具专业毕业生就业问题的思考

On Employment Problem of Graduates Majored in Mould Design and Manufacture of Two-year System in Higher Vocational Colleges

对高职两年制模具设计与制造毕业生就业状况进行了调查分析,提出如何通过改革高职教育培养模式、教学内容、教学方法来提高高职两年制毕业生就业率。

Having investigated the employment condition of the graduates who major in mould design and manufacturing for two years in higher vocational colleges, the writer proposes a thought on the problem as to how to improve the hiring rate of these students through reforming the pattern, teaching content and method of higher vocational education.
