摘要 目的建立离子色谱测定水中铬(Ⅵ)的方法。方法选用A SUPP4-250分离柱(4.0×250mm,9.0μm),MSM抑制柱,电导检测器,1.8mmol/LNa_2CO_3/1.7mmol/LNaHCO_3作为淋洗液,流速1.2ml·min^(-1)。结果方法的相关性r为0.9993,RSD为1.82%~3.25%,线性范围0.01~1.00mg·L^(-1),检出限0.005 mg·L^(-1),样品加标回收率92%~101%。同时能简便、快速、有效地分离并测定水样中氟离子、氯离子、硝酸盐氯、硫酸盐等4种离子。结论该法具有易操作简便,节省时间,准确度、精密度好等特点,适合水中铬(Ⅵ)的测定。 Objective To establish a methods for determination of hexavalent chrome in water by iron chromatography. Methods The analysis was performed under condition of a SUPP4 -250 separation column(4.0250mm,9.0μm) and electric conductivity detector. The mobile phase composed of 1.8mmol LNa2CO3 1.7mmol/LNaHCO3 was used at a flow rate of 1.2ml·min^-1. Results Linear curve was obtained in the range of 0.01mg·L^-1- 1.00mg·L^-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9993 and a RSI) of 1.82 % - 3.25 %. Detection lindt was 0.005mg·L^-1 Recoveries obtained were in the range of 91.2 % - 100.5 %. Fluorinion, cldoridion, nitrate nitrogen and sulphate can be determined under controlled condition by the method. Conchtsion The method is accurate,simple,rapid and esay for operation.
