氮芥类烷化剂的检测和药代动力学研究

摘要 氮芥类烷化剂是临床上常用的抗肿瘤药物,直到今天,问世40多年来磷杂环蟋烷类化合物环磷酰胺仍被广泛用于临床,其也是多种多组分化疗药物处方中的一员。最常用的两种磷杂环曙烷类药物为环磷酰胺和异磷酰胺,另外还有氯乙环磷酰胺和马磷酰胺。本文将重点对生物样品中磷杂环烷类抗肿瘤药物的检测方法,及其在体内的药物动力学性质进行综述。
