摘要
失信黑潮给企业财务带来深重的灾难,而守信践约是财会工作必须遵循的准则,必须构筑“诚信财务”的措施。
The crisis of empty promise has brought a grave disaster for enterprises＇ finance. However, the norm of keeping one＇s promise is a must for financial works, therefore it＇s necessary to construct measures on integrity finance.
