肇庆市餐馆小食的卫生监测分析

摘要 目的了解肇庆市餐馆小食的卫生现状,进一步改善餐馆小食的卫生状况。方法采集市区内45家餐厅酒楼的餐馆小食样品,进行卫生学检测。结果餐前小食的卫生合格率偏低。结论应进一步加强肇庆市餐馆小食的卫生监督管理。 Objective To understand the sanitary status of refreshments before dinner at present. Methods The samples of refreshments before dinner were collected from 45 hotels in urban district of Zhaoqing City and the samples have hygienically determined. Results The qualified rate of refreshments examined was quite low. Conclusion The hygienic monitoring and management of refreshments before dinner in this city be strengthened.
