摘要
我国民族教育中存在诸多问题,最关键的是没有将学校教育之“根”植于民族文化之“土壤”之中。解决这一问题的突破口在于开展民族地区基础教育课程改革。我国民族教育发展的理论基础决定了在我国民族地区开展基础教育课程改革不仅是必要的,而且是可行的。民族地区基础教育课程改革的主要策略包括在国家课程标准和各学科教材中反映多元文化的教育内容、跨省区联合开发民族地区地方课程、因地制宜开发民族地区校本课程资源等三个方面。
The major issue of several problems of minority education in our country is that it does not have the roots of school education among the ground of minority culture. The breakthrough of solving this problem is to develop basic education curriculum innovation in minority area. The main strategies of basic education curriculum innovation include reflecting multi-cultural education content in national curriculum standard and teaching material of each course, jointly developing local curriculum of minority area among provinces, and developing school- based curriculum resource of minority area in the light of local conditions.
