本文从对“三农”“取”和“予”的视角,阐述了新中国农业养育工业政策向工业反哺农业政策的转变历程,分析了当代中国“三农”政策取向及调整的动因。

This paper tries to elaborate the process of change from the policy of bringing up industry by agriculture to the policy of supporting agriculture by industry and make analyses of the policy orientation with respect to the three problems about agriculture, countryside and peasants and the motives for its readjustments.
