摘要
从建立体现高校特点的中层领导干部考核体系以及建立和完善考核工作机制方面,探讨了运用业绩点考核方法考核高校中层领导干部的新机制。通过新的考核机制提高高校中层领导干部考核评价结果的准确性和说服力。
The article discusses a new mechanism which evaluates middle-level cadres by using the achievement assessment method from the aspects of establishing the middle-level cadre' s assessment system with university characteristics, as well as establishing and perfecting the assessment mechanism. The new mechanism is used to improve the accuracy and conviction of university middle-level cadre's assessment.
