大众化进程中构建生态型高等教育系统的策略

On Constructing Ecosystem Pattern of the Higher Education System

从生态角度来看高等教育系统,我们应该注重策略的选择(生态系统遵循自然选择机制)。在我国高等教育大众化进程中,高等教育领域内各个利益主体的期望各不相同,高等教育系统面临诸如精英化与大众化高等教育、数量与质量等诸方面的问题。面对我国大众化高等教育发展阶段的若干问题,我们应采取的策略是以人为本的策略、依法治理高校策略、实施教育产业的策略、实行多样化质量标准的策略、强调整体协调的策略、坚持可持续发展的策略。这些策略对构建生态型高等教育系统具有重要的意义。

We should pay attention.to the selection of strategies when we observe higher education system from （The ecosystem follows the mechanism of nature selection）. In the processing of the mass higher educatien in our country, the difference of the expectation everybody in relation to interest in the field of the higher education and the gap between tradition and reality make the problem such as the elite higher education and the mass higher education, quantity and quality and so on. In the face of these problems, it is our thinking to select the strategies to create base on human being,the sustainable development, coordination as a whole, industry, legality, diversification of quality to adapt to the mass higher education stage. These strategies have important role to construct the higher education system as ecosystem pattern.
