41例青年乳腺癌ER、PR、CerbB-2、PCNA表达及其临床特征

The expressions of ER,PR,CerbB-2,PCNA,and clinical features in 41 cases of young women with breast cancer

目的探讨青年乳腺癌的ER、PR、CerbB-2、PCNA表达,临床特征及其关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测41例青年乳腺癌的ER、RP、CerbB-2及PCNA表达,并与同期328例中老年乳腺癌相比较。结果41例青年乳腺癌的ER、PR、CerbB-2及PCNA表达率分别是41%(17/41)、54%(22/41)、63%(26/41)及83%(34/41)。中老年组的ER、PR、CerbB-2及PCNA表达率分别是73%(239/328)、59%(192/328)、59%(193/328)、65%(213/328)。青年乳腺癌ER表达低于中老年组(P<0.01),而PCNA则高于中老年组(P<0.05)。结论青年乳腺癌组织分化差,增殖多,侵袭性强,预后差,ER低表达而PCNA高表达可解释上述临床特征,建议对青年乳腺癌患者同时检测ER、PR、CerbB-2及PCNA。

Obiective It is to approach the expressions of ER, PR, CerbB - 2 PCNA, and the clinical features in young women with breast cancer. Methods Apply immunohistochemistry SP method to detect the expressions of ER, PR, CerbB - 2, PCNA in 41 cases of young women with breast cancer, and compare to 328 cases of breast cancer patents with middle and old age. Results The positive rates of ER, PR, CerbB - 2 and PCN of young group were 41% （ 17/41 ）, 54 % （22/41）, 63 （26/41）, and 83% （34/41）, the positive rates of ER, PR, CerbB - 2 and PCNA of control group were 73% （239/328）, 59 % （193/328） and 65 % （213/328）. The positive rates of ER of young group was lower than that＇s of .control group（ P 〈 0. 01）, the positive rates of ER, PR, CerbB 2 and PCNA of young group was higher that＇ s of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Breast cancer in young women have high histological grade,the parameter of strong invasion and poor prognostic profile. Lower expressions of ER and higher expressions of PCNA may explain the clinical features above, we suggest ER, PR, CerbB-2, PCNA need to be detect.
