磷铋钼蓝分光光度法快速测定磷在硅锰合金中的应用

摘要 用硝酸和氢氟酸溶解试样,以高氯酸冒烟将亚磷酸氧化为正磷酸,在铋盐催化剂存在下,加钼酸铵生成磷铋钼三元杂多酸络合物,硫代硫酸钠消除砷的干扰,以乙醇为稳定剂,用抗坏血酸还原为磷铋钼蓝,色泽强度与含量成正比例关系,借此用分光光度法测定磷。 Nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid are used to dissolve samples, perchloric acid smoking to oxidize phosphorus acid into orthophosphoric acid. With bismuthate catalyzer present, ammomium molybdate is added to produce ternary heteropoly acid complex of phosphor-bismuth-molybdenum, sodium hyposulfite to remove arsenical disturbance, with ethanol as stabilizing agent, with ascorbic acid to deoxidize into phosphor-bismuth,molybdenumblue. Then colour and luster intensity is in direct proportion to content, by which spectrophotometry is used to determine phosphor.
