摘要
目的:了解上海市浦东新区医疗机构药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点。方法:对54所医疗机构收集到的472例ADR报告利用Microsoft Excel电子表格进行频数分析。结果:涉及药品16类共173个品种,其中以抗微生物药引起的ADR发生率最高; ADR以皮肤及其附件损害最多见,占总例数的60．4％。结论:应重视ADR的上报工作,加强监测力度,最大限度地减少ADR的重复发生。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the occurrence features of ADRs reported by all medical institutions in Shanghai Pudong New Area in 2005 so as to promote rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS：Frequency analysis was performed on 472 ADR cases collected from 54 medical institutions by means of Microsoft Excel.RESULTS： 16 categories totaled 173 cate-gories were involved in the ADRs, leading the list were antimicrobial drugs.The lesions of skin and accessories dominated the first place,accounting for 60.4% of the total ADR cases.CONCLUSION ：Great importance should be attached to the reporting and monitoring of ADRs so as to decrease the incidence of ADRs to a large extent.
