细菌对氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药机制 被引量:21

摘要 作为人工合成药物,氟喹诺酮在临床使用仅经历了不到20年时间,目前世界各地不同菌属的耐药细菌已频繁出现,我国的细菌耐药情况由于抗生素的不合理使用尤为严重。已知的氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药机制有拓扑异构酶的突变、喹诺酮耐药性质粒、外排泵的过度表达以及膜通透性的改变。本文结合近期氟喹诺酮耐药机制的研究进展,对不同耐药机制的作用及不同机制间的相互关系进行了综述,并对不同耐药机制对耐药菌传播的影响作了初步探讨。
