基于农村劳动力转移的河南省城市化进程实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on Urbanization in Henan Province from the Viewpoint of Rural Labor Transfer

有效推进城市化进程是实现城乡协调发展的重要途径。将农村劳动力转移作为城市化的一个主导过程,并基于河南城市化水平较低与第三产业就业比重严重偏低的事实,提出“第三产业内部构成不合理所导致的对农村劳动力转移拉力不足,是制约河南城市化进程的最主要因素”这个假设。通过对河南农村劳动力转移影响因素的定量分析,证明该假设是成立的。

The effective urbanization is an important way to realize the harmonious development between urban and rural area, Based on the fact that in Henan Province urbanization is at the low level and the proportion of obtaining employment is notable on the low side in the tertiary industry, regarding rural labor transfer as a main dominant factor of urbanization, this paper puts forward a hypothesis that the main factor restraining urbanization in Henan Province is the insufficient labor transfer resulted from the unreasonable constitution of the tertiary industry. It proves that the hypothesis is tenable through quantitative analysis of restraining factors of rural labor transfer in Henan Province.
