摘要
人力资源调节成本使得人力资源供需均衡由一个“中心点”扩展成了“区间”,且这一区间的大小与调节成本的高低呈正相关关系。这不仅为政府合理地确立了人力资源供需调控所应遵循的上限和下限原则,还为如何提高人力资源供需调控的精度提供了理论依据。
The presence of human resource adjusting cost makes the balance between supply and demand expand from central point to a range, what is more, the range is connected with the amount of adjusting cost, namely, the lower adjusting cost is, the narrower the balance range between supply and demand is; otherwise , the balance range between supply and demand will be widened. It helps the government confirm upper limit principle and lower limit principle that they should follow in the macroscopical regulation and control of human resource supply and demand. It also lay the supplies theoretical foundation on how to improve the precision of regulating and controlling human resource supply and demand.
