和谐社会构建中女性农民工市民化障碍探析

The Barriers Against Female Peasant Workers to be City Residents in Building Harmonious Society

女性农民工市民化,是指她们在身份上获得城市居民相同的合法身份和社会权利的过程,最明显的标志是获得所在地的城市户口及相应的社会权利。但是,和谐社会构建中女性农民工市民化障碍重重,存在着思想障碍、制度障碍、政策障碍、组织障碍、女性农民工自身素质障碍、文化传统障碍等方面的限制,制约了女性农民工市民化的顺利推进。

Female peasant workers refer to those obtaining legal identity and social right as city residants. The most obvious sign is the registered permanent city residence that stands for the corresponding social right. However, in the course of building the harmonious society there appear a large number of barriers in terms of ideology, system, policy, organization, the female peasant workers quality, and custome etc.
