摘要
医药批发企业的核心企业流程相对于企业实际业务流程来说,既有内嵌的控制环节,又有独立的控制环节,这两者相互补充、相辅相成、环环相扣,共同组成了医药批发企业药品质量保证体系。因此,只有对医药批发企业内嵌和独立于业务流程的核心质量流程都加强管理,才能真正把药品质量管理融入到日常业务流程中,从而也才能真正有效地保证药品的质量管理。
To improve the level of drug quality management in Chinese medicine wholesale enterprises, this paper systematically discusses the core quality processes based on GSP of medicine wholesale enterprises in china, Only by strengthing the management of the internal core quality processes independent of business processes can the drug quality management be really combined with the daily business processes so as to make the drug medicine quality effectively guaranteed.
