湖南生态经济发展战略的对策思考

The Development of Eco-economy in Hunan

实施生态经济发展战略是湖南在新世纪的必然选择,湖南的经济在向生态经济转变过程中具有很强的优势:优越的地理环境、良好的生态和物种多样性、蓬勃发展的旅游业、雄厚的科研实力和人才储备以及发展的良好趋势。同时也存在一些劣势:人口压力大、资源不足、生态环境恶化和环境治理保护方面的不足。所以必须在此基础上从整体规划、培养生态意识、优化经济结构、发展环保产业以及建设生态文明等方面制定出湖南生态经济发展战略的对策。

Hunan chooses to develop eco -economy as an important strategy in the 21st century. This can be achieved through excecuting such favorable local conditions： advantageous geographical features, biological diversification, rising tourism, abundent technological expertise, and hunan resources. However, there still exist some disadvantages including high population pressure, resource shortage, environmental diterioration and insufficient protection, etc. The paper draws out the following strategies of developing the eco -economy in Hunan that consist of overall planning, upgrading ecolopical awareness, optimizing economic structure, developing environmental protection industries and building ecological civilization, etc.
