改革开放以来,我国的中小企业迅速发展,在促进经济增长、增加就业机会、推动技术创新等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。黑龙江省中小企业为全省的经济发展做出了突出贡献,但仍存在一些制约因素阻碍其进一步发展。其中,融资难是最大的障碍。

Since the Reform and Open - up, Chinese small and medium enterprises have gained greater development, which play an unparelled role in terms of promoting economic growth, increasing employment, and stimulating technological innovation. Even though the SMEs make prominent contribution to Heilongjiang Province＇s economy, the existing problems still restrict their further development, in which financial difficulty is the hardest one.
