摘要
针对原有隔水采油工艺存在隔采周期短、检泵时水层倒灌污染油层、多次隔采后坐封难度大等问题,研制了CQY141长效防倒灌隔水采油管柱及配套工具。该工艺管柱由CQY141封隔器、防倒灌阀、丢手接头、密封插管等组成。17口井的现场试验应用表明,该工艺技术达到1次坐封,多次检泵的目的,坐封成功率100%,隔采有效率100%,且有效延长了隔水采油周期。CQY141长效隔水采油工艺管柱的成功应用,为套损井的治理提供了一种新的技术手段。
In view of the problem that the pre-existing technology has some defects such as the short period of water exclusion production, the pollution of reservoir by back flowing water and the difficulty of packer setting, the CQYI41 durable water exclusion production string and suitable tools are developed. The string includes CQY141 packer, anti-backflow valve, release sub and sealing bayonet tube. The field application in 17 wells indicates mat pump inspection can be completed many limes in a packer cycle with 100% of seating success rate and 100% of water exclusion production. The cycle of durable water exclusion has been extended effectively. The successful application of the string provides new technical means for handling casing-failure well.
