管理研究的前期方法论

The Prophase of Methodology for Management Study

对管理学科的主流研究方法进行了简要归纳,结合前人研究成果,从科学实证的思维方法出发,反思了现有管理研究方法论的认知基础,紧紧围绕研究对象和主题的变量化和变量的系统化,提出了实证研究方法论的前后期划分。鉴于属于后期方法论的现有方法论体系已经相当成熟,重点论述了前期方法论的现实意义,阐述了实证研究中变量体系的逻辑基础。

The paper discussed the present mainstream of methodologies for management. On the basis of the logic and criterion of scientific positive research, the paper made a deep thinking about cognitive processes. The research methodology was divided into two phases： prophase and anaphase. Since the anaphase of the methodology was developed significantly, this paper focused on the prophase, showed the practical significance of it, and constructed the logical base of variable system. This is a useful and available study to optimize the methodology for management.
