企业家导向、战略柔性与自主创新关系研究

Entrepreneurial Orientation, Strategic Flexibility and Indigenous Innovation

在提出能力柔性概念的基础上,将战略柔性分为资源柔性和能力柔性。并通过战略导向与战略柔性的结合,提出了一个分析企业家导向、战略柔性与自主创新关系的概念模型。分析结果表明,企业家导向主要通过能力柔性促进企业自主创新,而尽管企业家导向能够提升企业资源柔性,但过分强调资源柔性却会阻碍企业自主创新。

We propose the concept of capability flexibility, and hence, strategic flexibility is a combination of resource flexibility and capability flexibility. To examine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation （EO）, strategic flexibility and indigenous innovation, we construct a conceptual model concerning it. The results show that, mainly through influencing capability flexibility that EO can facilitate indigenous innovation, while much attention paid to resource flexibility will inhibit firm＇s indigenous innovation, though EO is positive to resource flexibility.
