The Paradigm of Technological Learning in Developing Countries: a Review

技术学习是发展中国家和后发企业实现较多的自主技术创新,提高发展的竞争性和持久性的最佳途径。在提出技术学习是发展中国家自主创新能力建设的关键的基础上,重点概括总结了国内外研究者提出的发展中国家技术学习的主要模式,并对这些研究作了评述。

Technological learning is of significant importance for developing countries and later-coming companies to realize much more indigenous technological innovation and improve their competitiveness and sustainable growth. Based on the view that technological is the key of constructing the indigenous technological innovation capability in developing countries, this paper mainly summarizes and appraises the principal technological learning paradigms.
