摘要
被称为世界第六大都市圈的长三角地区是我国经济实力最强的地区之一,要建立长三角创新体系,内部资源配置是关键。要提高长三角的区域创新能力,必须尽快实现区域内创新要素的统一市场体系。对大都市圈创新要素构成和长三角大都市圈创新要素现状进行了分析,提出了长三角大都市圈创新要素整合模型及整合对策。
As the world＇s sixth largest metropolitan area, Yangtze River delta is one of China＇s most vigorous economic regions with the deepest regional cooperation. The innovation factors - technology, human resources and capital should be integrated to form a better regional innovation system, and finally improve the quality of economy growth. This paper analyzed the constitution of metropolitan innovation factors and the actuality of the innovation factors in Yangtze River Delta, and finally gives a model as well as some suggestion about the integration of innovation factors in this region.
