技术范式演进与企业边界变动的动态变化研究

The Study of the Dynamic and Inconstant Technology Paradigm Evolvement and the Changes of Firms' Boundaries

从技术范式演进来探索企业边界变动时发现,技术范式演进与企业边界变动是动态变化的。具体表现为:在技术范式产生阶段,企业横向边界扩展,纵向边界收缩;在技术范式形成阶段,企业纵向边界扩展,横向边界收缩;在技术范式转移阶段,企业横向边界扩展,纵向边界收缩。因此,对置身于技术范式演进中的企业来说,培养自己的核心能力、打造无边界组织和构建技术创新价值网络体系是很重要的。

After the study of the whole process of the technology paradigm evolvement, we find that the relationship between the technology paradigm evolvement and the changes of firms＇ boundaries is inconstant and dynamic. When the technology paradigm begins to arise, the firms＇ lateral value boundaries extended and longitudinal value boundaries shortened. Then come to the process of form of the technology paradigm, the firms＇ longitudinal value boundaries extended and lateral value boundaries shorted. Finally, at the stage of transforming of the technology paradigm, the firms＂ lateral value boundaries extended and longitudinal value boundaries shortened. So, it is very important for firms with technology paradigm to cultivate their core ability, create none boundaries organization and form the technology value innovation network.
