准分子激光消融兔室性心动过速

摘要 为寻找安全、高速的消融能源,在左室壁心肌内注射微量乌头碱的方法成功地诱发家兔室速。分别用准分子激光(308nm,重复频率20Hz)经光纤耦合(单脉冲能量8~10mJ)在心外膜照射室速病灶,或经电极导管用直流电直接消融室速病灶,与对照组比较观察室速发作时间。结果表明:准分子激光对室速有确切疗效;与直流电消融相比,具有起效较慢,损坏心肌范围小。 An experiment was carried out to develop a more safe and effective energy source for ablation of ventricular tachycardia using excimer laser irradiation. Ventricular tachycardia (VT) was successfully induced by local injection of aconitine into the left ventricular myocardium in 26 rabbits. 10 control rabbits were taken as group A. In 8 rabbits of group B, VT ablation was obtained by direct current (DC) through an electrode tube. In other 8 rabbits of group C, VT was ablated by excimer laser (308 nm) irradiation via a fiber directed onto the epicardial surface. The intervals between treatment and disappearance of VT in rabitts of both groups B and C were measured and recorded. The results showed that excimer laser ablation demonstrated a reliable but slower effect in treatment of VT, with much smaller size of tissue damage and less hemodynamic disturbance in comparison with those induced by DC ablation.
