摘要
提出了一种建立高速硬车削表面微观形貌几何模型的新方法,考虑了刀具几何参数、切削用量和振动对已加工表面特性的影响。通过仿真分析及试验研究,揭示了诸因素对已加工表面粗糙度的影响规律,证明了利用所建立的表面微观形貌几何模型,能够预测高速硬车削加工将要获得的表面粗糙度。
A new surface micro -topography modeling was established by considering the effect of tooling geometry, cutting parameters and machine tool vibrations on the characteristics of machined surface micro - topography. With simulation and theoretical analysis, the rules that above factors affect the machined surface was clarified. Comparing the simulation results with the experiments, it is verified that the modeling could be used to predict the surface roughness in high speed dry turning.
