摘要
根据制造行业CAX技术发展的趋势以及现代集成制造系统C IMS发展中的瓶颈,提出了数字化敏捷工艺准备的概念。同时,给出了数字化敏捷工艺系统的总体结构,并讨论了该系统的主要功能。为协助国防企业快速重组生产、提高其快速反应能力及推进其信息化进程奠定了良好的基础。
After analyzing the trend of CAX technology and the bottleneck problem of CIMS, a concept of digitization agile process preparation was proposed. The architectural structure of digitization agile process preparation system was given, and the data flow, main functions, and key technologies of the system were discussed. The research establishes good groundwork for helping lean - agile - flexible production, improving response, advancing the information progress of national defense industry.
