数控车床的主轴变频调速实现 被引量:3

The Realization of Adjustable Speed with Variable Frequency in CNC Lathe's Spindle

摘要 结合CK0625数控系统的设计,研究了变频调速技术在主轴驱动系统中的应用。在W indows2000平台下,通过使用MSComm控件及采用事件驱动的通信方式,利用VC++6.0开发了工控机与变频器的通讯软件,解决了工控机与变频器的通讯问题,实现了主轴的无级调速。 Combining with the design of CK0625 CNC system, the application of adjustable speed with variable frequency technology in spindle drive system was studied. Through using MSComm control software and adopting the communication method of event driven, the communication software of IPC and frequency converter based on Windows 2000 was developed with VC ++ 6. 0, which realizes the communication of IPC and frequency converter and the stepless speed regulation of the spindle.
