摘要
离合器装在汽车发动机与变速器之间,起接合或切断动力传递的作用。重型卡车离合器系统多采用气压传动,在离合器原有结构的基础上,改造成电控系统,既具有传动效率高、成本低、易于制造等优点,也具有操纵方便的功能。本文分析了电控离合器的随动阀控制、比例阀的单神经元自适应智能PID控制、开关阀的抗积分饱和PID控制、开关阀的电压比较控制等几种控制方法,并给出了实验数据,分析了以上各种控制系统的性能。
Clutch is fixed between engine and transmission shaft, which acts as the role of combining or cutting the transfer of motivity. The clutch system of heavy truck is equipped baric transfer mostly, based on primary structure, the electronic control system has the excellence of high efficiency, the lowclass cost and convenience of manipulation. The control of followed valve and the modified nero PID control of proportion valve and the resisting saturation of integral control of switch valve and the voltage comparing control of switch valve was analyzed. The experiment data was given out, and their capabilities were analyzed.
