摘要
设计了一种基于液压恒压网络的盾构土压平衡系统,它通过调节恒压网络中变量马达的排量来实现螺旋输送机的转速即土压的控制。模拟试验表明,这种基于液压恒压网络的盾构土压平衡系统的响应速度和抗干扰能力明显优于传统的泵控马达式盾构土压平衡系统。为开发新型的盾构土压平衡系统提供了设计参考。
An earth pressure balance system of tunnel boring machine based on constant pressure network was proposed. By regulating displacement of variable - displacement motor connected to constant pressure network, the system can realize to control the speed of the screw conveyor and earth pressure, Simulation test results show that response speed and anti - interference performance of such kind of EPB system are much better than those of pump - controlled EPB system. It has some reference to the development of a new type EPB system.
