摘要
轧制伺服油缸轧制力大、行程短、频率响应高、测试难度大。本文针对这些特点,研制了一种实用的油缸试验台,此试验台能进行动态响应特性和摩擦力测试。建立了试验台加载系统数学模型,利用大型仿真软件MATLAB对模型进行时域、频域的仿真研究,结果表明加载控制系统满足设计要求。
The rolling servo cylinder' s rolling force is great, stroke is short, frequency response is rapid and testing is difficult. According to these features, a testing rig of oil cylinder was designed, with which the dynamic characteristics and the friction force can be tested. The mathematic model of the control system of load cylinder were established. Time domain and frequency domain property of the system were simulated with large - scale common simulation software - MATLAB, result shows that the control system of load cylinder can meet the require of design.
