摘要
基于有限元软件ANSYS平台,通过数值仿真技术,将斜角切削过程模拟出来。通过提取切削刃上不同截面的剪切角的变化,并对等效剪切角的模拟值和实验值进行比较,验证了模拟方法的正确性和可靠性。
The bevel cutting process of cermet cutter was simulated based on the method of cutter simulation design by ANSYS software, the change of shear angle in the different section of cutting edge was analyzed. The simulation result and experiment result of equivalent shear angle was compared, which validates the credibility of the simulation method.
