摘要
将电液比例溢流阀合理地分解为比例电磁铁和压力控制阀两部分进行分析,研究了其压力输出特性,建立了数学模型,并应用MATLAB进行仿真。仿真过程中提出了合理地确定模型参数的方法,研究了参数对系统输出特性的影响,并为系统的优化提出了建议。
The proportional overflow valve was rationally divided into two parts, the proportional solenoid and the pressure control valve. Its mathematical model was set up and the simulation was completed by MATLAB. During the course of simulation, a method for choosing parameters in the mathematical model exactly was put forward and its effects on dynamical characteristics were studied. A solution was proposed to optimize the system.
