摘要 目的:优选红花最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验,以红花黄色素和羟基红花黄色素A的含量作为评价指标,对红花的渗漉工艺进行研究。结果:最佳提取条件是以60%乙醇浸渍12h,25倍量进行渗漉,渗漉流速为0.5ml·min^(-1)。结论:该优选条件实验结果可靠,方法简便,适于生产中该中药的提取。 Objective: AIM To study the optimum extraction conditions of safflor yellow and hydroxysafflor yellow A. Method : safflor yellow and hydroxysafflor yellow A were used as markers. The percolation process of Carthamus Tinctorius L. was studied by orthogonal design with L9(3^4): Result: The Carthamus Tinctorius L. were soaked with 60% alcohol for 12 h, then were percolated with 25 times amount of 60% alcohol, and the percolate speed is 0.5 ml·min^-1. This extractive condition is the best way. Conclusion: The result is credible and the method is simple, it can be used for batch production.
